He has been tasked with the responsibility to revitalize culinary services at the resort and take in-house dining experiences to exciting new heights.
As a German national, Alex served time in the military before embarking on a career in the hospitality industry.  His portfolio includes diplomas in Hotel Management and Financial Management along with certification in Advanced Food Hygiene.
Having worked his way up through the F&B hierarchy, Alex brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and enthusiasm to his new role. He has been with Starwood Hotels & Resorts for almost 10 years and he fully identifies with Westin’s brand philosophy of “Preserving wellness in travel”.
