MANDALIKA – Mandalika International Circuit continues to strengthen its role as an international hub for sport tourism and entertainment. Throughout September 2025, the pride of Indonesia will host a series of events designed not only to entertain but also to generate economic impact and create thousands of job opportunities for local communities.

The events serve as a prelude to the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP), scheduled for October 3–5, 2025. To support these activities, thousands of workers, including volunteers and marshals, have been recruited to ensure smooth operations.

Mini Jaksel (September 5–6, 2025)

The month kicks off with Mini Jaksel on September 5–6, featuring a parade and competition of the iconic Mini Cooper cars taking on the world-class circuit.

In addition to the parade, visitors will enjoy an automotive exhibition, culinary bazaar, and live music performances, making it an attractive family-friendly weekend destination.

Pocari Sweat Run Lombok (September 12–14, 2025)

The Mandalika will then host the Pocari Sweat Run Lombok 2025 on September 12–14. Renowned as one of Indonesia’s largest running events, it consistently attracts thousands of participants from across the country and abroad.

The race will start and finish at the Mandalika International Circuit, with breathtaking views of beaches and rolling hills along the route. This influx of participants is expected to boost the local economy, from hotel occupancy and culinary consumption to tourism visits across Lombok.

Mandalika Racing Series (September 19–21, 2025)

The highlight of the month is the Mandalika Racing Series Round 4, taking place on September 19–21. As part of the National Sportbike Racing Championship, the event provides an essential platform for young Indonesian riders to hone their skills on a world-class track.

The competitive atmosphere not only enriches the national racing ecosystem but also reinforces Mandalika’s position as a hub for nurturing motorsport talent.

Economic and Tourism Impact

President Director of Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA), Priandhi Satria, emphasized that the September agenda demonstrates Mandalika’s role beyond hosting international racing events such as MotoGP and World Superbike.
