BALI — Swiss-Belresort Pecatu, a 4-star international resort located in the exclusive Pecatu Indah Resort complex, has strengthened its commitment to delivering authentic and meaningful guest experiences with the opening of Yeye’s Artisanal Gallery. The boutique, founded by local artisan Ibu Yeye, brings together Balinese art, traditional crafts, and cultural heritage in one exclusive space within the resort.
The gallery was officially inaugurated on August 18, 2025, with the support and presence of Pecatu Traditional Village, represented by Bendesa Adat Pecatu, I Made Sumerta. This collaboration marks a strategic step for Swiss-Belresort Pecatu in enriching guest journeys with a deeper cultural dimension.
More than just an art shop, Yeye’s Artisanal Gallery features a carefully curated collection ranging from Balinese handwoven textiles and handcrafted silver jewelry to natural skincare products, eco-friendly décor, and unique souvenirs. Every item highlights the craftsmanship of local artisans, emphasizing quality and cultural preservation.
“We truly appreciate Swiss-Belresort Pecatu’s effort to engage with the local community and introduce our culture to the world. Collaborations like this not only enrich tourist experiences but also strengthen our cultural identity and sustainability,” said I Made Sumerta, Bendesa Adat Pecatu.
Cut Rossi, Director of Sales & Marketing at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu, added:
“Swiss-Belresort Pecatu is not just a place to rest—it is a gateway to experience the richness of Balinese culture. Through Yeye’s Artisanal Gallery, we aim to create a complete experience where modern comfort blends seamlessly with traditional touches, while opening space for appreciation of local creativity.”
The addition of this boutique brings a new dimension to Swiss-Belresort Pecatu’s offerings. Guests can now enjoy relaxation, dining, recreation, and cultural exploration without leaving the resort. More importantly, the initiative reflects the resort’s strong commitment to responsible hospitality—preserving traditions, empowering the local economy, and supporting sustainable tourism that is deeply connected to the spirit of Bali.***
