As a company built on integrity, transparency, and professionalism, Maxxs Group International has initiated a comprehensive internal restructuring to strengthen its management system, ensure full legal compliance, and improve service quality across all branches particularly in Bali (Ubud and Denpasar).

Background: Internal Misconduct by Certain Individuals

The recent issues did not arise from the company’s system or policy, but rather from the misconduct of certain internal individuals who were found guilty of:
• Abuse of authority,
• Fraud and data manipulation,
• Embezzlement and invoice falsification, and
• Negligence in handling client documents and administrative processes.

Following a thorough internal investigation, the management has taken decisive actions, including:

• Replacing the entire management team in Bali (Ubud and Denpasar) with new, professional, and highly qualified personnel.

Additionally, the company has conducted a full internal audit to ensure that all operations and administrative systems comply with Indonesian law and business ethics.
